England missing key player infront of important friendlies

Bukayo Saka, the talented Arsenal forward, has withdrawn from the England squad ahead of the upcoming friendlies against Brazil and Belgium. The 22-year-old has been in stellar form for Arsenal this season, contributing to their top position in the Premier League and their preparation for a Champions League quarter-final showdown with Bayern Munich.

Unfortunately, Saka will miss the friendly matches against Brazil and Belgium, which are the last two England games before Gareth Southgate announces the Euro 2024 squad in May. His withdrawal is a precautionary measure due to a minor muscle issue, and he will undergo assessment and rehabilitation back at Arsenal.

The Football Association confirmed that Saka reported to St George’s Park with the injury and has been unable to participate in training. No further replacements are planned, and the 25-man England squad continues its preparations for the forthcoming internationals.

During his time at the England camp, Saka worked on an individual program indoors alongside captain Harry KaneCole Palmer, and Jordan Henderson. Arsenal will resume action after the international break with a high-stakes clash against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on March 31, a match that football fans won’t want to miss!
